Please Welcome Robert Ware

Dear Robbinsdale Academy-Highview and RVA  students, families and staff,

We are pleased to share that Robert Ware will become the new Principal at Robbinsdale Academy-Highview and RVA, effective November 28, 2022. Mr. Ware previously served as an Assistant Principal of Armstrong High School since June 2019. Prior to that he served as Assistant Principal at Maranatha Christian Academy, and in positions with Fridley, Hopkins and Minnetonka public schools.

Mr. Ware shared: “I am very excited to be joining a community/family that is focused and dedicated to empowering all students and assisting as we help them navigate through their high school career. My focus has always been to create an environment for all students to feel welcomed and learn at a high level. We do this by focusing on partnerships with our families that we serve. I am looking forward to partnering with the staff, students, and families of  Robbinsdale Academy Highview and RVA and continuing the tradition of excellence.”

Mr. Ware holds degrees from North Dakota State College of Science, Moorhead State University, and Crown University. His administrative licensure is through Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Mr. Ware is excited to bring his skills, interests and experience to RVA and Highview. He is committed to student growth, development, and academic excellence.
