Make up credits at Robbinsdale Academy Highview

Armstrong and Cooper students have the opportunity to earn 14 credits per semester. Students are eligible to enroll at Robbinsdale Academy Highview due to their credit deficiency status if it isn't possible to graduate with your class through the provided credit recovery programs available at their home school. Specific credit requirements are also taken into consideration during the enrollment process.

A student is considered credit deficient if they have not completed:

• 5 credits by the end of semester 1 in grade 10
• 12 credits by the end of semester 2 in grade 10
• 20 credits by the end of semester 1 in grade 11
• 27 credits by the end of semester 2 in grade 11
• 35 credits by the end of semester 1 in grade 12

Other eligible students are:

• Pregnant or parenting
• Assessed as having a substance use disorder
• Classified as an English Language Learner
• Experiencing homelessness
• Dropped out of high school
• Being treated in the hospital for life-threatening illness
• Diagnosed with a mental health condition
