North Star Promise Scholarship covers college tuition for Minnesota students

Also known as the "last-dollar" program, North Star Promise covers the balance of tuition and fees remaining after other scholarships, grants, stipends and tuition waivers have been applied. 

To be eligible, students must reside within the state and attend an institution that participates in the program.
